What does monitoring actually mean?

When you buy a defibrillator, it needs regular checks to stay functional. Batteries run down, electrode pads expire, and software can need updating. Most people do not realise this until it is too late.

Home Defib monitoring means your device sends us regular status updates. We track battery level, pad expiry, and overall device health. If anything falls below standard, we contact you and arrange what is needed.

You do not need to open the device, run tests, or remember service dates. That is what the monitoring subscription covers.
