01

Initial Setup

A member of our team will visit your home to install the defibrillator correctly in a suitable and accessible location. They will also provide clear hands-on guidance, so you understand how the device works, what to expect, and how to feel more confident about having it there if it is ever needed.

02

Monitoring Active

Once setup is complete, your defibrillator is monitored in the background as part of the ongoing service. We track readiness and key checks such as battery and pad status, helping identify issues early and reducing the need for you to manage day-to-day checks yourself. This means the device can stay ready without becoming something you have to keep remembering, checking, or worrying about in everyday life.

03

Alert & Action

If your defibrillator needs attention, we will contact you clearly and explain the next steps in a simple, practical way. Whether the issue relates to battery life, pad expiry, or device status, we help make sure it is identified early and dealt with properly. The aim is to resolve problems quickly, reduce uncertainty, and help keep the defibrillator ready if it is ever needed.

04

Ongoing Support

After setup, the support continues as part of the ongoing service. You receive ongoing checks, clear reminders and practical support whenever something needs attention, so the defibrillator does not become something you are left to manage alone. The aim is to help keep everything straightforward, supported and ready over time, not just on the day of installation.
